Before you start, your elimination pathways must be open:

Skin: Able to work up a sweat with movement or in a sauna

About detox reactions: Detox reactions are information, not failure. They are the body's way of asking for more support, not more force. If reactions arise: increase hydration, support elimination before increasing herbs, and rest when needed.
