Herbal Tea Blends Are Here!

Updated: Aug 20

Hey friends,

I'm incredibly excited to share these tea blends with you! It's been a long time coming, and now I'm finally able to bring all of these elements together to offer you organic, wild-crafted, sustainably packaged, epic, herbal blends that I'm very proud to put my brand on. I've been studying herbs for the better part of the last decade. Before I ever learned anything about detoxification, herbs were my go-to for all things natural healing.

They've been so helpful for me during the various stages of my life, especially on my journey back to health after being diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. No matter what my diet and lifestyle looked like, herbs have been a consistent part of my life for the last 10 years. I've grown very comfortable working with them, giving them to my kids throughout every stage of their lives, and recommending them to my clients with great success. These little plants are packed full of bio-available nutrients that work synergistically

with the cells in each of our organ systems.

Herbs have been used for thousands of years as the main form of medicine before the modern, petrochemical-based, medical system was ever invented. These little God given beauties grow abundantly in nature, and if you know what to look for and how to use them, you can have your own herbal medicine cabinet at your fingertips. This knowledge is infinitely valuable and the only way to really learn how to use herbs is to jump in and start practicing with them. A really great and safe way is to experiment with herbal blends and get familiar with them. Unlike prescription drugs, herbs are very safe to mix and actually work best together to support the body more efficiently.

The 3 herbal blends I've created support the 3 main reasons I use herbs for myself, my kids, and suggest them to my clients.

The first is the Nutrient-Dense herbal blend created with the intention of supporting women during their most important stages of life, while they're pregnant and nursing babies. These are obviously important stages because this is when human life is created, but the most critical importance lies in what that process requires from the mother. Mothers give their bodies to their children from the moment of conception until the child is old enough to feed themselves, which normally leaves the mother with nutrient deficiencies if they're not consciously making sure to fill the nutrient gaps in their diets. This tea blend will help to fill any nutritional gaps for mommas during this stage of life and after.

It's also great for growing children that don't always eat the most optimal diet. This blend can also be used for men who feel they have nutritional gaps to fill. It tastes great without sweetener and has a slight warming effect from the ginger. This blend is also great for menstruating women because it helps to decrease premenstrual symptoms and restore the nutrients lost during the bleeding phase. This blend can be used for yoni steaming, enemas, and as a herbal douche as well for reproductive system healing.

The second blend created is the Detox Tea that supports all of the detoxification pathways. The detoxification pathways are the channels we

use to remove everyday toxins from our bodies. These pathways are the lungs, the bowels, the kidneys, the skin, and the liver. While you are focusing your diet on detoxification periods, it's important to keep these pathways open so that toxins can be flushed out of the body. These herbs are astringent, supportive for the glands (which is essential for removing toxins) and also really supportive for the nervous system so you don't experience detoxification symptoms as strongly as you would without herbal support.

All of the herbs I chose for this blend support all of paths of elimination so you're getting a really nutrient-dense, supportive tea for several different systems to promote the removal of toxins from the body. This blend took us the longest time to create because it was really important to make a tea that not only supported the whole body during detoxification but tasted great without sweetener. I'm very proud of this blend and it's my go-to tea for everyday sips and enemas. My kids also really like this blend too!

The third blend is called No Stress, a blend created for those that struggle with nervous system weaknesses and lack of restful sleep. All of the herbs in this blend are calming, relaxing herbs that also support the nervous system and brain. It provides relief for anyone that struggles with nervous system weakness. This blend is also really great before bed because it allows even the most busy minds to find peace, promoting restful sleep. It is incredible for enemas, and one of the main reasons I made this blend is to encourage deep release for those that struggle with constipation from nervous system tension. This blend tastes the best out of all 3 in my opinion, and it's really nice for those kids that have trouble getting to sleep or sleeping all night. This is my favorite blend for just before bed after a long stressful day or if I wake up feeling tense.

I plan to create a lot more blends in the near future, so if you have any suggestions on what type of tea blend you'd like me to create, leave a comment below!

I really appreciate your support and all the love you all send me. It means so much to me to see my peeps as excited about these products as I am.
